For Your Protection & Convenience:
Our store-front operations are open for normal service from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. We respect the need to be safe and our mutual responsibility to help prevent the spread of the Corona Virus. In support of that responsibility, we have installed a sneeze-guard on our counter, implemented a significant cleaning and sanitization protocol and will be wearing face coverings as requested by our local health department. We urge you to observe the same. To minimize exposure where desired, we are continuing to offer the following services:
• Drop-off Box: You can use the drop-off box in front of our store 24 hours per day. Just put your name and phone number on a piece of paper, place it in a bag or container with your cartridges and drop them in the drop-box. (Don’t forget to include your Frequent Refill Card with your order, if you have one!) I will call you once your order is ready. To minimize contact, you can pay by credit card over the phone at that time. We can also arrange for curb-side, contact-less pick up. If desired, you can also pay by check or cash when you pick up your order but that does increase exposure for both of us. Please be sure to include your name and phone number with your order.
• Telephone orders: As always, you can call me with an order for toner cartridges, new ink-jet cartridges, or even to arrange for me to mail a refilled order to you.
